- Digital products: These include downloadable software, open software, and online subscriptions that have been accessed.
- Redeemable products: These include products that can be redeemed.
- Health and Personal Care products such as pants, Toothpaste, opened cosmetics (lipstick, mascara, foundation), used razors, opened personal hygiene products (deodorant, body wash), earplugs, contact lens solutions, opened feminine hygiene products, and individually packaged items like single-use wet wipes

To initiate a return:
